Let's share some good. The happiness researcher Shawn Achor has an exercise in his book The Happiness Advantage called 3 Good Things. By taking 5 minutes a day to write down 3 good, specific things, we can boost our mood and optimism. It’s been studied and the science is real. Let’s try it out.
